The Nero gets wild

From the factory floor

Who’s a pretty bird? The answer’s obvious – it’s this Nero Ground two-seater. Popular interior design company Ivan Bulling recently purchased this wondrous creation for an Invercargill cafe – a tropical print for a none-too-tropical location.

The cafe, appropriately named Zookeepers, is very much a local institution, having been serving Southlanders for two decades now. With it’s stylish, offbeat fit-out undergoing a recent revamp the animalistic eatery is the perfect destination for such a colourful piece. The rainforest design and chair comfort was well received by Zookeepers’ patrons and another equally colourful Nero is now in the pipeline for the cafĂ©.
